Symptoms allows the patient to set the agenda for the meeting with the carer which enables continuity as well as more efficient, safer and more egalitarian care. With Symptoms, care can be evaluated based on the values that are most important to the patient, in Sweden and throughout the world.
Symptoms was founded in 2015 with a start-up grant from a patient association. Symptoms is developed in an iterative process together with patients and caregivers. All citizens should be able to use Symptoms and thus be involved and contribute to better communication, care and research
